If you cancel your equipment rental before the equipment has been dispatched by the vendor (usually within 15 minutes of booking), you are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid.
If the equipment delivered is significantly dysfunctional or does not match the description provided, you must inform our support team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund depending on the scenario.
All approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Bank processing times may vary based on your bank.
